Sandwiched

I watched The Revenant the other night, and it was intense, visceral, gripping. I really, really enjoyed it. I could honestly watch good films for ever. It captivates me — good stories are so fascinating!

It was a good day –I’m in my element with the rain and wool socks and cooler temperatures, with everything at a lower intensity than the summer. Work was productive, I came home, made dinner and watched the sun go down, it was all very good! And then I crawled between the sheets and snuggled down for a few hours of epic adventure.

The visuals were stunning, the acting was chilling and the story and soundtrack were superb. And sandwiched between the sheets is not exactly original, but that’s the best current tie-in I could come up with for this post. It was absolute bliss 🙂
